The location and view are phenomenal. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and much more. like beach towels, beach chairs, salt n pepper, coffee filters, plenty of silverware and dishes. Just perfect. We want to go back every year. The check-in time is unreasonable. Most hotels do 2-3, 4 is very late. Check-out is also unreasonable. Most hotels do 11am. You have to get up so early to get the place up to standard and get out. Not a fun way to end your stay.

This was an AMAZING stay!
The location was perfect, although it's not on the beach, having a garage a short walk from the beach was so much more convenient.
The layout of the place is really cool. You walk in on the ground level which also has a garage, then there are three additional levels, one with living room / kitchen and a half bath, the next with two bedrooms, a bath and a closet, and the top with a master bedroom / bath.
All was very nice and well kept. They also included a washer/dryer and a lot of beach accessories to help with the stay. The stainless steel table in the garage was also helpful to sort through things upon returning from the beach.
My only hesitancy on leaving this review is the possibility that I can't book the place next time I'm in the area! :) The one bit of feedback I might suggest is offering better blinds or blackout curtains for those who might wish to sleep in.

There was only 5 of us, so plenty of room, which that and the location is why we booked this condo. It's 1st floor with an elevator or short flight of stairs and directly on the beach. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers were fabulous because we cook a lot. We went in May, so the pool and beach weren't crowded. Communication with the owner was on point, they were great! I would definitely rebook this condo the next time we come back. This was our 3rd visit to the area and we absolutely love it! This has no reflection on how great the condo is and didn't effect our stay at all, but there is some wear amd tear from use over time. Still, we would book again!
