No parties, no smoking(smoking allowed only outside of the premises). After check in please inspect the property and give notice of any discrepancies within four hrs after arrival to ensure our ability to rectify the situation! Be mindful of other guests and owners-including and not limited to running, yelling, and excessive music etc in hallways or off balconies. Quiet hours are strictly enforced! Park only in designated spot. We allow service dogs that have been trained in life saving skills only! Added-no dog shall be left alone at our home per the ADA Act! All other pets or ESA's are not allowed Any misrepresention of any service animal in Florida can or will result in a 2nd degree misdemeanor! These rules are non-negotiable and if disregarded your stay will be terminated without a refund for any unused nights.
