The location to the beach was perfect!! The apartment is so big you could get lost in it. It is perfect for small group relaxing without being right on top of each other, or big group get togethers and still have breathing room. The living room furniture was older and broken down a little bit, but still very loungable. Apartment does show that non-professional work has been done to ready it for renting, especially turning a walk-in closet into a bunk-style bedroom, but it works and makes the apartment very unique and fun.

Our stay in Madeira beach was great and Kay’s place was perfect for our family. Location was perfect and the view breathtaking. The place was clean and comfortable. Kay was a great communicator. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Kay’s place. It is right on the beach so that made it easy with littles to go to and from the room. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. It was easy to get to and both check and check went great.
Kay is also very response if you have any questions or concerns.

Kay's place was awesome, very clean, we loved going to the deck and watching the sunrise, and we loved that we could just walk to the restaurants and shopping store. It was an amazing weekend!

Very nice and clean place to stay for a family vacation. Definitely recommend it!! Kay very friendly and always responds really quickly. Clean, has everything you need, close to the beach! It was great and enjoyable vacation.

We were in Clearwater for a family vacation and chose this condo due to the location and space. It worked out great for the family. The condo is four stories with a garage on the first level, kitchen and living room on second level and then bedroom on the upper two levels. Despite being a lot of stairs, the layout was perfect. It allowed everyone to space out and not be on top of each other.
The dock on the back was also great. We did a boat tour, and they were able to pick us up right at the dock.
On the outside, the building doesn’t look like much, but this unit has been recently updated and furniture and fixtures all appeared newer and in good shape.
Would definitely stay there next time we are in Clearwater.

Stayed here with a group of friends and we found the place to be comfortable, convenient, and plenty large enough for all of us. The stay was fantastic and we were accommodated with check in about 30 minutes early which was extremely helpful! Overall, great stay.
