The location to the beach was perfect!! The apartment is so big you could get lost in it. It is perfect for small group relaxing without being right on top of each other, or big group get togethers and still have breathing room. The living room furniture was older and broken down a little bit, but still very loungable. Apartment does show that non-professional work has been done to ready it for renting, especially turning a walk-in closet into a bunk-style bedroom, but it works and makes the apartment very unique and fun.

Our stay in Madeira beach was great and Kay’s place was perfect for our family. Location was perfect and the view breathtaking. The place was clean and comfortable. Kay was a great communicator. Would definitely stay again.

place was amazing to stay at the views were incredible and the host was even better had a small problem with the lock she was there within a few minutes to get it figured out for us would definitely stay again

We had a great time at Kay’s place. It is right on the beach so that made it easy with littles to go to and from the room. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. It was easy to get to and both check and check went great. Kay is also very response if you have any questions or concerns.
